Rush fees vary by product and imprint method, typically ranging from a small percentage surcharge to a flat fee. Many products have no rush fee at all for 3-5 day turnaround. Super rush orders (24-48 hrs) will include a surcharge. Your account rep will confirm exact pricing before you approve.
Most products can be rushed, but super rush availability depends on current stock, imprint method, and quantity. Embroidered apparel generally takes longer due to setup complexity. Call us and we'll tell you exactly what's possible for your deadline.
Never. We use the same equipment, materials, and quality checks for every order regardless of timeline. Rush simply means your order is prioritized in the production queue — not that corners are cut. You still receive a proof, production photos, and the same quality guarantee.
We offer ground, 2-day air, and overnight/next-day air shipping. For super rush orders, we typically pair production with overnight shipping to meet your in-hands date. Your account rep will recommend the best shipping option based on your deadline and location.
Your in-hands date is the date you need the finished products physically delivered to your location. We work backwards from this date to schedule production and shipping. Always give yourself a 1-day buffer when possible — it's better to have products a day early than to cut it too close.
