An e-proof (electronic proof) is a digital mockup of your product showing exactly how your logo or design will appear after production. It includes the correct colors, placement, size, and imprint method — so there are no surprises.
Before we start any order, we send you an e-proof for review. You'll see a realistic rendering of your branded product and can request changes, adjust colors, or reposition your artwork — all before a single unit is printed.
We don't go to production until you approve. It's that simple.

Most e-proofs are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your artwork and order details. Rush proofs are available same-day for urgent orders — just let your account rep know.
No. Revisions are unlimited and free. Make as many changes as you need until you're completely satisfied with the design. We don't go to production until you give us the thumbs up.
No problem. Send us whatever you have — even a photo of your business card or a sketch on a napkin. Our in-house designers will recreate your logo as a production-ready vector file at no extra charge. See our artwork requirements page for details.
Standard samples are blank (undecorated) so you can evaluate the product quality. For a decorated pre-production sample with your actual logo, contact your account rep. Setup and decoration charges may apply, but it's a great option for high-volume orders where you want to verify the final result.
E-proofs are highly accurate representations, but slight variations can occur due to product material, imprint method, and screen color differences. For exact color matching, we use PMS/Pantone colors which are industry-standard. Embroidery may have minor thread-width variations, and screen colors may differ from printed output.
